BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a product line. This includes ideation and creation of new products and features, managing go to market strategy, and overseeing the health of the products performance both internal and external. This role will assume leadership in ad hoc cross-functional efforts to drive product strategy and results. The role will report to the Sr Director, Internet Product but will operate in a highly matrixed environment with numerous key stakeholders.

  • Proactively source internal and external data, perform deep analytics when appropriate while maintaining an eye toward the bigger picture.
  • Translating research and analysis into compelling presentations to boundary partners and executive leaders to communicate product strategy.
  • Deep understanding of industry best practices in product development process specific to the Cable or telecommunications space and translate appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.
  • Support the development and communication of Product Strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
  • Work with engineering, product development, marketing, training and sales stakeholders on implementing strategy.
  • Utilize their skillset to conceive and develop new opportunities to improve the product line and customer experience.
  • Managing personal objectives and direct reports to coordinate activity to drive product results.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience:

  • Product Lifecycle Management - 5+ years
  • Related industry experience (Cable, Telecommunications, Software/Online Services) - 5+ years
  • Product Management and/or Product Development Experience, preferably in Cable, Telecommunications, Software or Web Services


Education:

  • BS in in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or other related degree


Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated organizational and office management skills
  • Effective cognitive and communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results


Abilities:

  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language
  • Aptitude and eagerness to learn from a new environment and make an impact quickly
  • Ability to manage and foster change
  • Ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals and results

Schedule:

  • Full time
  • This position is eligible to work in a hybrid 4 days onsite/1 day remote work model


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing teams
  • Prior experience with HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax) networks, DOCSIS (Data over cable service interface specification) technologies, or other shared infrastructure internet services
  • Relevant masters degree in business, strategy, telecom, or technology fields

The base pay for this position generally is between
$110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
