Your Role at Baxter
Patients with respiratory issues and their unique condition can vary widely, their needs are sophisticated and treating them can be challenging. If patients are unable to clear mucus from their lungs it accumulates, crafting an environment where bacteria can grow, causing lung infections and further damage. To help disrupt this cycle of infection and deteriorating lung function, Baxter offers a portfolio of therapies that target the three crucial processes in airway clearance: Expansion of the lungs, mobilization of secretions, and evacuation of secretions. Our portfolio of proven effective therapies is crafted to meet the needs of a wide range of hospital patients, helping accelerate recovery and support continuity of care at home.
The Senior Market Access Manager will be responsible for managing the reimbursement strategy for the respiratory product portfolio, including applicable Federal, State and Commercial health policies impacting coding, coverage and payment.  Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising the respiratory reimbursement landscape, leading advocacy efforts for health policy and coverage policies, conducting analysis on reimbursement potential on new and emerging technologies and establishing payment rates with payers and other reimbursement policies that restrict patient access.
