We’re seeking a highly motivated and versatile Senior Manager, Growth to join our dynamic marketing team.


This role is based remotely within the U.S. and will report to the Senior Director, Growth.

What You'll Do:

  • TV Media Buying & Strategy- Develop and execute a strategic TV advertising plan, including linear, connected TV (CTV), and streaming platforms, aimed at driving aggressive customer acquisition cost (CAC) goals while enhancing top-of-funnel (TOF) performance. • Leverage audience insights, demographic data, and customer segmentation to select networks, shows, and time slots that effectively target high-value customers and attract new audiences. • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure compelling, on-brand messaging for TV campaigns that resonate with both new and existing customers. • Continuously evaluate and test new opportunities within TV and other offline channels to identify additional sources of growth. • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize CAC, maximize ROI, and support sustainable customer acquisition.
  • Podcast Media Buying & Strategy - Build and manage a robust podcast advertising program, identifying top-performing shows and audiences aligned with our customer base to efficiently drive new customer acquisition. • Use customer data, such as psychographics and purchasing behavior, to select the most effective hosts, ad formats, and messaging styles for increased engagement and TOF improvements. • Test and refine ad placements (pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll) to identify optimal performance and achieve campaign goals, with a focus on maintaining efficient CAC. • Partner with podcast networks and agencies to negotiate competitive rates, secure premium placements, and explore innovative ad opportunities to expand reach and identify new growth channels.
  • Customer Insights & Targeting- Leverage data from tools like HDYHAU, promo codes, and customer surveys to understand acquisition paths and pinpoint high-LTV customers. • Perform in-depth analysis of audience behavior and engagement metrics to refine targeting strategies across offline channels, with an emphasis on driving efficient CAC and enhancing TOF effectiveness. • Develop and test creative offers, messaging, and formats tailored to customer segmentation, ensuring alignment with both acquisition and TOF goals. • Explore and advocate for new offline channels and strategies to tap into additional customer segments and growth opportunities.
  • Tracking & Performance Optimization - Use promo codes, HDYHAU, and other tracking tools to measure offline marketing performance and assess CAC. • Conduct incrementality testing to determine the true impact of offline campaigns, refine attribution models, and drive actionable insights. • Continuously analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve the efficiency of new and existing offline channels.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management- Partner with internal teams (e.g., finance, analytics, and product) to align offline campaigns with broader business objectives and revenue goals. • Collaborate with creative and agency teams to produce high-quality ads tailored to target audiences, ensuring consistent messaging across channels. • Present offline marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership, advocating for investments in channels that show potential for scalable growth.
  • Budget Management - Allocate and manage budgets across TV, podcasts, and other offline channels to balance aggressive CAC goals with sustained TOF growth. • Track and forecast spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget while achieving both performance and growth objectives.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in offline marketing, including TV and podcast advertising, with a proven track record of driving new customer acquisition at an efficient CAC and investing in TOF performance.
  • Proficiency in offline analytics tools such as HDYHAU, promo code tracking, and attribution platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Looker, Lightdash, and other business intelligence or visualization tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data modeling, scenario analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with incrementally testing, customer segmentation, and attribution methodologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience optimizing CAC and LTV through offline media strategies, with a focus on evaluating, advocating for, and executing new offline channels to uncover growth opportunities.
