As a Sr. Manager, Consumer Insights on the Digital Analytics & Consumer Insights team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Independently develop and perform actionable diagnostic analysis on consumer attribute and offline/online behavior data to produce quality insights that drive business strategies
  • Provide analytic subject matter expertise to business stakeholders to define relevant, value accretive business questions and requests
  • Provide thought leadership in implementing and maintaining relevant analytic framework/constructs (revenue attribution, CLV, AB testing) that help drive decision making
  • Query, manipulate and transform data from multiple sources to produce a comprehensive view of consumer behavior
  • Develop analytically sound approaches to answering business questions while demonstrating resourcefulness in obtaining and cleansing data when comprehensive information is not available
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure that behavioral analytics and insights are embedded in decision making
  • Concisely explain insights coming from complex data analyses through effective verbal/written communication
  • Develop impactful visual representations of analytic insights and concise summaries of analytic methodologies that resonate with executive level stakeholders

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in a Consumer Insights, Market Research or Business Analysis role
    • Extensive experience in independently recommending and developing appropriate analytic frameworks/constructs to answer a wide array of business questions and requests
    • Extensive experience combining both offline and online consumer attribute and behavioral data (POS transaction, web browsing, email engagement, marketing channel interaction) for analysis and insights generation
    • Extensive experience with SQL, Athena, Glue, S3 and data visualization tools (QuickSight, Power BI) required
    • Experience influencing executive decision-making thru clear and concise presentation of insights coming from analysis and reporting
    • Experience leading cross functional teams across Marketing, Digital, Operations, IT on short term company initiatives/projects
    • Experience managing/coaching other Analytic resources
    • Experience with Python, GA4, Search Console, BigQuery
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, etc) or sufficient on the job use of related skills. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model if based in DFW.
    • Fully Remote if not based in Texas.
