ROLE SUMMARY:
BEES is ABI’s global digital platform, providing an eCommerce B2B experience for POC’s, deployed through AB Wholesalers BEES allows retailers to effectively manage their business anytime & anywhere. This includes the ability to browse the entire portfolio / deals, review invoices & orders, pay invoices (where legal), and order at their convenience 24/7. This digital relationship allows us to better communicate with retailers and enables us to send custom communications for targeted brands to the right retailers at the time of purchase. This platform is evolving our sales processes and enabling our wholesalers and retailers to sell more, sell more profitably, and improve customer happiness. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for digital transformation for one or more lighthouse wholesalers, inclusive of BEES Adoption (Digital Net Revenue, Buyers), Engagement (Digital Comms engagement & AI-based predictive Selling), Customer Satisfaction (NPS), and Value Creation (BDR Productivity and performance in BEES accounts vs. non-BEES accounts)

Responsible for guiding wholesaler(s) through the digital transformation journey with BEES, including but not limited to:

BEES & Sales Process Training – leading trainings throughout all levels of the organization, from technical skills to selling skills and best practices. This includes the evolution of the sales process and how to make reps more effective with the time savings from BEES

In-Market Support & BEES Sell-In – expectation is to spend ~3 days a week in the market with the sales team and retailers to support the sell-in of BEES, train reps and retailers on the platform / benefits, and seek feedback on how to evolve the product / process

Digital Communications (brand advertisements on BEES) Education & Support – responsible for educating the wholesaler on the digital comms tools, features, and benefits, and work with them to ensure these digital communications are properly submitted and are connected to the commercial priorities of the wholesaler and ABI

BEES Performance Management – working closely with the wholesaler mgmt. and their sales teams to support with any and all data that will support their digital transformation ambitions

Key “feet on the streets” member of the BEES team to ensure that new features, product, digital communications, and processes are working as expected, and taking concepts into reality. Helps drive future development priorities by collecting feedback, identifying product issues, and defining product backlog with product users

Work closely with wholesalers to leverage / build SOP’s and manage technical migrations onto BEES ecosystem as they deploy new features and tools
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree Required
-
3-5 Years of Technology & Sales Strategy, Field Sales Experience, or Related Experience
-
Strong sales capabilities & ability to train & interact positive with front-line sales professionals
-
Highly organized (preferable if familiar with project management software – e.g., JIRA)
-
Skilled at holding third parties and internal / external counterparts accountable
-
Familiarity with three-tier system preferred

Field-based, in proximity to wholesaler(s) you are supporting
