Senior Learning Program Management Specialist

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Learning Program Management Specialist will lead the design, development, and execution of learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging learning experiences, and measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives and can be located in Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Auburn, WA; Everett, WA; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO or North Charleston, SC.
Position Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and engaging content
- Manage multiple learning projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on outcomes
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the organization
- Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning programs
- Work closely with department heads and HR to understand training requirements and align programs with business objectives
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure program relevance and effectiveness
- Develop metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact of learning programs on employee performance and organizational success
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
- Manage the budget for learning programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
- Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to deliver and track training programs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience with Learning & Development in some form, including (but not limited to) facilitation, teaching, course development, employee development, structured coaching / mentoring
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience formally or informally leading training development programs
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience with curriculum development and content and instructional materials
- Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, and dashboard reporting
- Relevant Learning and Development and/or Coaching Certification

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $96,900 - $131,100
Summary pay range Senior (Level 5): $118,150 - $159,850
