Title: Senior Learning Developer

WHAT YOU’LL DO:   

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective learning experiences using tools like Articulate Rise and other eLearning platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement interactive eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning solutions. They will manage and optimize course content within a Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accessibility, organization, and alignment with learning objectives. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and adapt content to meet organizational goals are essential. This role requires a passion for education and a commitment to delivering world-class training solutions.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and define clear objectives for training programs. 
  • Design and develop innovative learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, job aids, and assessments. 
  • Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create effective and engaging learning experiences. 
  • Work closely with multimedia specialists, trainers and other team members to produce high-quality multimedia training content. 
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, task analyses, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. 
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and adult learning theory to continuously enhance our training offerings. 
  • May act as a team lead in delivering content for Duck Creek Products 
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned to you that relate to the successful creation of learning assets.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:   

  • 2+ years of creating learning assets leveraging modern e-learning tools such as Articulate, storyline and Adobe Captivate 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (master’s degree preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Proven experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven environment. 
  • Deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies. 
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS). 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a passion for learning and professional development. 
  • Experience working in a technology organization to support new and existing product launches and enhancements. 
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects with success in delivering learning assets on time. 
  • Strong Presentation and communication skills. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:

  • Travel: 0-10%
