Job Overview:

Lexia PMO is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with exceptional process mapping and optimization skills to drive technology-driven initiatives and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT project management, business process reengineering, and workflow automation, ensuring smooth execution of projects aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Project & Process Management:

  • Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and optimize end-to-end process workflows using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or Miro.
  • Identify inefficiencies in IT and business processes, proposing solutions for automation and optimization.
  • Manage project scope, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and process owners to define requirements and streamline workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth adoption of process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring technical solutions align with process enhancements.

Technology & System Implementation:

  • Support CRM, or enterprise system implementations by mapping current and future-state processes.
  • Partner with software development teams to define user stories, test cases, and automation opportunities.
  • Leverage Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive efficient project execution.

Reporting & Performance Measurement:

  • Develop dashboards and reports to track project milestones, process efficiency metrics, and system performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT project management experience, preferably with process mapping and business process improvement.
  • Experience leading IT system implementations, software development projects, or enterprise process improvements.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.).
  • Exceptional knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL certifications preferred.
