We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to manage and maintain our Software and Services program, supporting new business models and products introduced by Nvidia. The candidate will interact directly with business partners to ensure early customer involvement in business process transformation and redesign. Additionally gain insights into business strategy and roadmaps in order to align. Technical stewardship and analysis of various enterprise applications will be a core responsibility for the candidate. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of leading multiple groundbreaking initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives, while balancing the operational demands required to sustain existing solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Architect and design end-to-end solutions to support Software and Service monetization program.

  • Platform experience specifically on SAP SD, SAP EMS, SAP BRIM, Saleforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ.

  • Interact with product, engineering & business teams to capture & analyze requirements for the Software & Services Monetization Program.

  • Operate as an expert to review business requirements, process designs, solution designs, and implementation.

  • Develop and maintain use cases, process diagrams and user functional flows.

  • Work with internal and external development teams to build scalable and balanced custom applications and improvements to packaged applications.

  • Prepare and implement testing plans to ensure high quality results. Facilitate UAT testing and weekly/monthly deployment release cycles.

  • Build, review, and maintain high level project plan, detailed functional and technical design documents for functions.

What We Need To See:

  • Experience in enabling Software/Services processes - SW Fulfillment, Licensing Mgmt, Entitlement Mgmt, SW Delivery, Renewal and Upgrade business is a plus.

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.

  • 8+ years of Salesforce CRM, SAP, EMS experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

  • Background with large scale, multi-system integrations.

  • Experience engaging & working with application developers, content creators, infrastructure engineers and techops engineers to build custom applications to support enterprise customers.

  • Background with order types, pricing, delivery processing, shipments, customer returns, and billing a plus.

  • Previous experience with sales master data and revenue recognition a plus.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Experience in Software industry.

  • Be Proactive, offer expertise and support in other areas as needed.

  • Experience with SFDC Manufacturing Cloud, SAP S/4 HANA systems and integrations is a plus.

  • Exposure to multiple middleware system architectures is a plus (SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft etc.,).

  • Preferred Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud. Consultant/Service Cloud Consultant, and Application Architect.

The base salary range is 140,000 USD - 264,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
