Chewy is looking for a consumer-centric, data-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team in Boston, MA, Plantation, FL or Seattle, WA! We have high-reaching growth plans and are looking for an experienced Marketing planner and builder. The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead e-commerce category marketing for multiple consumables categories. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for an existing and lovable brand requiring a self-starter, action-biased individual with outstanding relationship-building skills. Among other projects, you will translate category and consumer insights into marketing initiatives, identify activities with the greatest customer impact, coordinate efforts across multiple channels, and connect with partners across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded & data-driven marketing professional who can flex between strategic and executional work. Successful candidates should be customer-focused, comfortable with ambiguity, strong with marketing analytics, and have experience delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment!
What You'll Do:
- Lead campaign management for core merchandise categories including Food and Treats.
- Partner closely with Chewy marketing teams and channel owners (PLA, Social, Direct Mail, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention across channels, continuously optimizing and seeking improvements.
- Build processes to ensure collaboration with Team Members and smooth execution across functions, including channel teams, finance, analytics, media, and merchandising.
- Analyze marketing efforts and performance data to summarize and communicate to partners how marketing initiatives are impacting business results.
- Develop consumer insights learning agenda and coordinate with the Insights team on research.
- Work closely with category managers to build monthly marketing calendars based on promotional activities, product development, and annual goals.
- Manage consumer-first cross-category campaigns to educate consumers, drive traffic, and support business goals.
- Work with the internal creative team to develop assets from concepts through execution across a broad range of tactics including owned channel placements.
- Use data and insights to think strategically and creatively to develop opportunities to support category goals, evaluating both on-site and off-site marketing support.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing peers on annual category go-to-market plans.
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years' marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and processes with multiple collaborators
- Customer-first mentality and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience
- Experience analyzing business performance and determining the impact of marketing efforts
- Business insight and a proven track record of making strategic choices based on data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in addition to project management skills
- Ability to develop metrics, analyze data quantitatively, and find opportunities
- Experience with multiple marketing channels (Paid and Organic)
- Advanced analytical experience required (e.g., Excel), Tableau and/or SQL experience a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- Travel may be required
