We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Infrastructure Security Technical Program Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring security requirements are met for datacenter bringups, coordinating across multiple teams to drive the execution of both physical and cybersecurity aspects of infrastructure delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure security, covering areas such as access controls, monitoring, compliance, and network security - along with experience in datacenter buildouts. This individual will partner with TPMs across Cybersecurity, Physical Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure all security requirements are identified, documented, and executed on-time, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead security-related infrastructure initiatives for datacenter bringups, ensuring that all security requirements, controls, and best practices are accounted for and executed
  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Physical Security, Infrastructure, and Datacenter Operations teams to gather, document, and track security requirements across all workstreams
  • Develop and maintain security roadmaps for datacenter buildouts, ensuring alignment with compliance frameworks, operational requirements, and company security policies
  • Work closely with engineering, network, and operations teams to ensure that security technologies such as firewalls, access controls, surveillance systems, and compliance measures are deployed correctly
  • Define and drive program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks for security-related infrastructure programs
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks that could impact security or compliance during datacenter expansion or new site bringups
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams, managing security requirements from initial design through deployment and operational handoff
  • Maintain visibility into program status, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders, including executives, engineering teams, and security leadership
  • Develop frameworks, templates, and repeatable processes for integrating security requirements into datacenter programs
  • Track and report on key metrics related to security implementation, risk mitigation, and compliance adherence
  • Continuously improve program management methodologies, leveraging tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar for tracking and reporting

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, focusing on infrastructure, security, or datacenter programs
  • Strong understanding of datacenter security principles, including access controls, physical security, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience working in datacenter bringups, infrastructure deployment, or large-scale hardware implementations
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with networking, cloud security, and data protection technologies
  • Strong understanding of critical path analysis, dependency management, and risk mitigation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill technical requirements into actionable plans
  • Expertise in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
  • The agility to navigate and excel in a fast-evolving landscape, with the ability to adjust strategies in response to shifting priorities and demands
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey multi-faceted plans and technical information in a clear and concise manner 
  • Familiar with the basic components of modern computers, virtual machines and hypervisors, networking, and infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on large-scale datacenter security implementations
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, or similar
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure security architectures, including firewalls, identity & access management, and physical security controls
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000-$190,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
