About the role: 

The Senior GTM Process & Systems Analyst will provide support to the Go-To-Market Organization and own documenting, analyzing, and streamlining our processes within Salesforce and other systems. 

Your contribution will be:  

  • Process Optimization: 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve revenue generation processes from lead generation to deal closure. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to implement process enhancements that accelerate revenue cycles. 
  • Data Analysis: 
  • Monitor and enforce data quality standards and procedures across the organization within CRM and other data tools. 
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity and compliance. 
  • Implement processes for data cleansing and validation to maintain high-quality data. 
  • Tech Stack Management: 
  • Work in partnership with Business Systems to drive enhancements and optimizations to the company's revenue tech stack (e.g., CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation). 
  • Evaluate and leverage evolving tech solutions to increase productivity, operational efficiency and cost savings. 
  • Reduce time spent by users on daily tasks and processes through automation and system improvements. 
  • Increase internal NPS and user satisfaction, enhancing the usability and efficiency of GTM systems. 
  • Enhance Salesforce data accuracy and reliability, ensuring trusted reporting and decision-making. 
  • Optimize opportunity management for renewals and new business, improving sales efficiency. 
  • Accelerate and enhance lead routing, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to the right teams. 
  • Increase system adoption rates among sales and marketing teams through training and enablement (via Revenue Enablement Team). 
  • Reduce manual workarounds, driving automation and standardization across GTM processes.  
  • Ensure 100% on-time completion of key projects, meeting deadlines and business objectives. 

To be successful, we think you need:  

3+ years of experience working in software or SaaS.  

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
