This position is for contract work and is intended for future projects as new contracts are secured. Work will be project-based, with timelines and scope varying depending on client needs. This is not a full-time or immediate-hire role but an opportunity to be considered for upcoming contract work as it becomes available.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions tailored to client-specific needs, ensuring participants actively engage with the material
  • Utilize facilitation techniques to foster active participation, encourage collaboration, and ensure knowledge retention through activities like group discussions, role-plays, and breakout sessions
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants during and after training sessions to help them apply learnings to real-world scenarios
  • Maintain strong relationships with client contacts and internal teams to ensure ongoing alignment and satisfaction with training outcomes
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and program teams to enhance training content and methodologies based on participant feedback and facilitation experience
  • Foster an atmosphere of trust and respect, encouraging diverse perspectives and ensuring all participants feel included and valued
  • Maintain enthusiasm for the work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Certifications in facilitation, training, or coaching (e.g., CPTD, ICF, Prosci) are highly desirable
  • Proven experience (5–10 years) as a facilitator or trainer, preferably in a senior role or delivering programs to corporate clients
  • Experience working with diverse industries and organizational levels, including senior executives
