Job Overview:
Senior Engineer responsible for the implementation activities to certify telecommunications applications on the Magenta Cloud Platform. This includes supporting the integration of each platform into the cloud and orchestration platforms. Working with the application owners and verifying the cloud platform meets each application requirement. The Engineer will lead the maintenance/maintain the MCP testing, support the application testing team and document the integration in detail.

Job Responsibilities:

  • MCP Orchestration and automation strategic lab planning
  • Develop test strategies and methodologies incorporating automation for quick time to market
  • Collaborate with application owners to ensure a successful implementation
  • Document all phases of the lifecycle
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Computer Science (Required)
  • Work Experience:
  • 7+ years of technical engineering experience
  • Experience with VoLTE, VILTE, OTT and LTE nodes interworking, capacity modelling,
  • Experience with testing and integrating 
  • Quality of Service planning and dimensioning of SDN/NFV nodes.
  • Experience with testing methodologies and techniques,

Base Pay Range: $100,100 - $180,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
