In this role, you you'll use your detective skills to find the best and brightest early career talent in both Sales and Marketing. You'll match future Atlassian's to their dream job and provide a legendary candidate experience that people share.
You'll have responsibility for all parts of the recruitment lifecycle, including driving candidate pipelines, branding the company as an employer of choice and guiding hiring manager relationships. You thrive in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment and enjoy sourcing, engaging and hiring the best talent in the market. You will also have the opportunity to lead a new hybrid recruiting model, with a goal to provide a constant pipeline of both graduate and early career talent globally.
You are someone who isn't happy doing things the way they've always been done, but instead promotes innovation, and uses experience to drive programs of work to produce results. You will report into the Americas/EMEA Early Careers Senior Leader while collaborating closely with our experienced Sales recruiting team.   • You will be responsible for innovating how we hire our volume hiring for Sales Development Representatives. Leaning in to the delivery model, tweaking our sourcing channels and working to define excellence with our stakeholders for this "always on" recruiting program.
  • Be a partner and business advisor to Executive leaders to hire volume entry level positions across the Sales business
  • Partner with other Recruiters and Recruiting Leaders in all regions to bring a holistic hiring picture to the executive leaders you support
  • Drive recruitment strategy by using market data and other metrics to create a narrative and educate hiring leaders on best practices, process and opportunity areas
  • Identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions that will improve the broader collaboration and visibility to leadership and appropriate partners
  • lead delivery of the recruiting program for Early Careers hires, providing reporting and visibly and managing any road blocks or challenges globally. Ensure that all team members delivering have clarity on goals and recruiting strategy.
  • Lead recruiting column for EC hiring as part of the sales recruiting global team


Your background

  • 6+ years' of corporate, Recruiting experience. Including a blend of both Early careers and full lifecycle (ideally). Early careers hiring is a must.
  • Exceptional command of the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing & screening talent, building candidate relationships and closing talent, and establishing trusting, aligned hiring manager partnerships
  • Experience leveraging recruitment data to provide insights, guide impactful decisions and understand opportunities areas that need improvement
  • Experience creating, structuring and actioning against change management
  • Exposure and a commitment to innovative recruiting strategies and inclusive hiring practices designed to improve representation of URGs within Atlassian

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $122,300 - $163,100
Zone B: $110,100 - $146,800
Zone C: $101,500 - $135,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
