This is a remote position.

Position Purpose: This position will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and acting upon feedback from healthcare providers to drive improvements in service delivery and provider satisfaction. The role requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of provider engagement. The incumbent will oversee the execution of the Provider Satisfaction Survey, manage vendor relationships for survey execution, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and present action plans based on survey findings to executive leadership.

  • Lead the execution of the annual Provider Satisfaction Survey, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop and issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify a suitable vendor to execute the survey, evaluating proposals, and selecting the vendor.
  • Manage the vendor relationship, including the contracting process, ongoing communication, and financial oversight to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with local markets, Staff Vice Presidents of Regional Engagement, and the Customer Insights Team to ensure alignment of survey objectives and action plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders and the survey vendor to streamline survey administration and data collection processes.
  • Analyze survey results and collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive action plans for improvement based on survey findings.
  • Drive the implementation of action plans, monitoring progress and ensuring accountability across relevant departments and teams.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations of survey findings, action plans, and progress updates to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and insights derived from survey data to inform organizational decision-making and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement innovative methods for gathering provider feedback beyond the PSS, such as focus groups, online forums, or direct outreach initiatives.
  • Continuously explore new tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of feedback collection processes.
  • Utilize survey data and other sources of provider feedback to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to track survey results, action plan progress, and key performance indicators.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree healthcare administration, business, or related field required
Master's Degree healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
5+ years leadership role focused on provider engagement, survey management, and project management required
3+ years managing large organization survey programs required
In-depth knowledge of provider satisfaction survey methodologies, particularly the Provider Satisfaction Survey (PSS) required
Strong vendor management skills, including experience with RFP processes, contract negotiation, and financial oversight required
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to executive leadership and stakeholders required
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and achieve measurable results required

Pay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
