About the Role:

Hello Heart is seeking a talented Senior Director, Solutions Consulting who will play a critical part of our commercial team by supporting the sales team focusing on Hello Heart Solutions. Reporting to our SVP, Medical Affairs, you will be responsible for being a SME for the sales, product, customer success, marketing, consultant relations, and partnerships teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally to effectively support, partner and deliver the Hello Heart solution. In addition, you will provide clinical expertise and help lead our medical affairs team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Commercial team to increase our win rates by delivering to prospects the Hello Heart value proposition and demo, as well as answering questions/objections from prospects, partners, and consultants.
  • Speak to the Hello Heart solution and its value proposition at speaking engagements, with typical conferences including employer benefits conferences, health plan conferences, etc.
  • Effectively collaborate with members of cross functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Consultant Relations, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and deliver prospect and client facing expertise.
  • Mentor and help train new Medical Affairs team members, overseeing the team’s day-to-day activities.
  • Create purpose-built content (ex: solution design mock-ups) to improve solution knowledge and support the sales process and methodology focused on Hello Heart Solutions.
  • Learn and understand the various tools utilized by our Commercial teams, driving further enablement and adding value (short videos, job aides, etc.)
  • Serve as a clinical and solutions SME during meetings with prospects, partners, consultants and existing clients  to understand our differentiators and to drive excitement about our value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain intra-company relationships consistent with our values.
  • Assist with clinical and solution responses to RFPs, RFIs and proposals.
  • Assist in demonstrating Hello Heart client value with shared clients’ consultant teams and spreading the word across the practice when we deliver strong ROI and clinical outcomes.
  • Serve as a company wide internal and external resource on enablement of product features.
  • Execute high level sales presentations for our most valued partners including the planning and post-mortem of these activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid clinical certification or degree in a healthcare-related field, such as a NP, DPT, RD, etc.
  • 4+ years of experience in a people manager role, specifically with leading a team of direct reports.
  • 7+ years experience in client facing roles, ideally within a sales, marketing, or client experience position.
  • Previous experience working with product and solutions teams, ideally within a healthcare technology organization.
  • Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment, ideally previous experience working within a startup organization.
  • Excellent poise and presentation skills, ideally with previous experience owning speaking engagements.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10~20%

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000.00 to $220,000.00 Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
