Senior Director, Performance Marketing Finance

In this critical leadership role, the Senior Director of Performance Marketing Finance will lead the team that is responsible for the allocation and investment of ~$2B+ in marketing spend across two main channels, Paid Search and Meta Search.

As a well-rounded leader with deep expertise in finance and analytics, you will play a critical role in guiding EG’s marketing spending to drive revenue and operating income growth. Having a passion and curiosity for solving complex challenges and a high degree of comfort with ambiguity will be essential to success. Building repeatable and scalable financial process that help us measure and monitor ROI, using data to make recommendations, and communicating to senior leaders while having a strong command of the details will be critical.

What you’ll do:

  • Utilizes knowledge of the organization’s business model and operations to drive high impact projects and complex analysis that support the organization’s mission.
  • Leverages deep understanding of the policies, practices, trends, and information that impact the organization and its customers to plan for future projects.
  • Utilizes knowledge of the business and financial impact of decisions/solutions to drive high-impact projects that support the organization and contribute to financial performance.
  • Utilizes complex financial models to forecast financial results, model financial statements, and perform advanced analyses.
  • Demonstrates subject matter expertise in reporting and modelling tools and implements complex financial models.
  • Creates measures to maximize resource utilization and force simplicity; builds reports and tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Serves as an expert in continuous improvement; develops department-wide measures to track improvements and monitor quality.
  • Creatively develops tools, visual aids and other original content to support the understanding/education of complex and technical information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data).
  • Advises key stakeholders by continuously helping them to successfully navigate through critical business changes.
  • Places individuals in roles and assignments that contribute to their personal and career development. Facilitates cross-team and cross-divisional movement when appropriate.

Who you are:

  • Senior leadership in a variety of analytical and strategic, high-visibility finance roles.
  • Proven track record in driving excellence in financial planning and insight whilst being experienced in delivering robust financial plans which empowers high performing businesses to grow value.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of math and statistics concepts.
  • Solid understanding of relevant GAAP and understanding of the relationship between different financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
  • Proven ability to influence and drive leadership to decisions and tangible outcomes.
  • Comfortable creating positive relationships across several teams and supporting c-suite level leaders.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $261,500.00 to $366,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $418,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
