As our Growth Analytics leader, you will oversee the continued development and enhancement of our Commercial & Market Intelligence platform, serving as a central point-of-contact between the Commercial team and key departments such as Business Intelligence, Operations, FP&A, and Accounting. Every day, the successful candidate will leverage cross-functional capabilities and subject matter expertise to deliver transparency, market segmentation optimization, and enhance growth predictability.

To thrive in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management within the healthcare industry and/or demonstrated, relevant domain knowledge.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Director, Analytics:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Commercial team, acting as an extension of Commercial Operations. Become a strategic subject matter expert on sales performance KPIs, portfolio go-to-market strategy, market sizing, segmentation, and growth projections.
  • Platform Management: Oversee and manage the development backlog of the Commercial & Market Intelligence platform, prioritizing value-add initiatives aligned with R1’s strategic priorities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor key performance metrics, clearly communicate performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize top-line revenue growth.
  • Analytics & Insights: Perform hands-on analytics and recommend enhancements to our market intelligence suite, driving deep analytical insights to define the go-to-market strategy.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Facilitate the development of new reporting and analytics content to increase transparency and insights on key Commercial initiatives and activity.
  • Predictive Analytics: Responsible for delivering annual growth targets and maintaining a reliable and accurate forecast. 
  • Sales Support: Facilitate ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to ensure strategic alignment towards financial goals.
  • Executive Support: Support executive leadership in preparing monthly and quarterly Board of Director presentations
  • Communication: Effectively and clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, transforming functional requests into technical requirements for developers.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research on the RCM healthcare industry, providing insights into competitor trends, market conditions, and new growth opportunities.
  • CRM Optimization: Recommend Salesforce development enhancements to streamline the underlying data model and enable quicker time to insights.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in an analytics-related role within a fast-paced, high-growth sales organization.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake or T-SQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Advanced Excel data modeling skills.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $173,218.64 - $236,527.59 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 25.00%
