Description

Digital Reach Agency is an end-to-end digital marketing agency focused on helping brands become the best B2B SaaS & Tech provider in their space. We’re seeking an experienced digital designer with top-notch design skills and agency experience. This is a contract position. Workloads and hours will change from week to week. 

As a Senior Digital Designer, you will work closely with our digital experience team to produce strategy-first, quality designs that meet our clients' business goals. Our creative team tackles a variety of digital design deliverables, including custom websites, email templates, digital ads, digital editorial pieces, videos, animation, and any other digital marketing assets that support our client's brands and help them succeed.

Requirements

Responsibilities 

  • Create engaging and high-quality designs for a range of marketing collateral, including digital ads, websites, email templates, brochures, and more. 
  • Create storyboards and work closely with videographers and animators on video and animation deliverables.
  • Understand and maintain consistency with the client’s brand guidelines and visual identity while pushing the envelope and elevating their brand to the next level. 
  • Gain a deep understanding of the client’s industry, target audience, and competition, ensuring that designs are strategically aligned.
  • Collaborate with other DRA team members, including, but not limited to, copywriters, web developers, project managers, and account managers. 
  • Work confidently and efficiently based on provided creative briefs with minimal supervision and deliver thoughtful designs with minimal revisions needed.
  • Make revisions to design deliverables based on feedback from DRA team members and clients.  
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. 
  • Proactive communication with DRA team members through Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana.

Required Experience 

  • 5+ years of digital design experience
  • 3+ years of agency experience
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud 
  • Ability to design a wide range of digital marketing deliverables, including but not limited to digital ads, websites, landing pages, email templates, white papers, etc.
  • Ability to generate innovative and strategic ideas and design concepts that set our clients apart from their competition 
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices 
  • The ability to turn around designs quickly with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Based in the U.S.

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS and Tech companies
  • Brand and/or Creative Strategy experience 
  • CRO design or experience working closely with paid media strategists
  • Unbounce & Instapage experience
  • HTML & CSS 
  • Video and animation experience
  • Copywriting 
  • Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana experience

Compensation: $60-75/hr

Location: US Based - Remote 

Position Type: Contract - Hours vary from week to week
