Salary Range:
$170,000 USD - $180,000 USD

Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. At Russell Investments, salary is just one part of our compensation package. Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dev Technology Manager – CRM Technology to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of CRM solutions, focusing on Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to deliver scalable, data-driven customer engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define CRM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for CRM systems, focusing on Salesforce integration with Snowflake and Tableau to meet business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership across sales, marketing, and customer service to align CRM capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging CRM and data trends, implementing innovative solutions to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency.

2. Technical Architecture and Development

  • System Design: Architect scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce CRM solutions, integrating seamlessly with Snowflake’s data warehouse and Tableau analytics.
  • Customization and Optimization: Oversee the development of Salesforce workflows, Lightning components, and custom Apex code to tailor the platform to business needs.
  • Integration: Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau using APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Informatica.

3. Reporting and Analytics

  • Dashboard Development: Create interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize CRM data, providing actionable insights to business teams.
  • Advanced Analytics: Leverage Snowflake’s capabilities to enable predictive analytics and business intelligence for customer behavior and performance trends.
  • KPI Tracking: Develop real-time reports on sales performance, customer retention, and marketing ROI within Salesforce and Tableau.

4. Automation and Optimization

  • Process Automation: Design and implement automated workflows in Salesforce to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct regular audits of CRM usage and processes, identifying areas for optimization and system enhancements.

5. Team Management and Leadership

  • Lead Teams: Manage a team of CRM developers, analysts, and data engineers, providing mentorship and driving technical excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring CRM solutions meet user needs and drive business value.
  • Training and Enablement: Oversee user training programs to ensure effective adoption and utilization of CRM and analytics tools.

6. System Performance and Security

  • Monitoring: Ensure high system availability and performance for Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau platforms.
  • Security: Implement robust security measures, including role-based access control and encryption, to protect customer and organizational data.
  • Scalability: Design solutions that scale with business growth, ensuring long-term sustainability of CRM and data systems.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in CRM management with expertise in Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Technical Skills: Salesforce (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud), Snowflake (data pipelines, governance), Tableau (dashboards, analytics), Apex, SQL, integration tools (MuleSoft/Informatica).
  • Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Admin/Architect, Snowflake SnowPro, Tableau Certified Analyst.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in CRM technology management, with expertise in Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with data platforms like Snowflake and analytics tools like Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting and managing large-scale CRM systems and data solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • CRM Platforms: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Salesforce Lightning.
  • Data Platforms: Snowflake (data modeling, pipelines, and integrations).
  • Analytics Tools: Tableau (dashboard design, reporting, and integration with Salesforce).
  • Integration Tools: MuleSoft, Informatica, Snowflake Connectors, or similar.
  • Development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SQL.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting and managing integrated solutions.
