Brand Integrity & IP Stewardship

  • Act as a brand guardian: Uphold the authenticity and quality of PlayStation Studios’ IP and franchises by reviewing and refining creative assets, ensuring they align with core brand principles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with studio teams: Work closely with developers to understand their creative goals and translate them into cohesive franchise materials that complement the player experience.

  • Align with marketing and product management: Contribute to the development of market-facing materials and product strategies, ensuring a strong, unified brand presence across all platforms and channels.

  • Engage with external partners: Provide direction and feedback to licensees, media partners, and other stakeholders, helping them produce franchise extensions that are both innovative and true to the IP.

Innovation & Internal Support

  • Support internal design initiatives: Assist in creating internal resources, presentations, and frameworks that support the Franchise Management team’s strategic objectives and creative vision.

  • Foster a culture of innovation: Encourage fresh ideas, experiment with new visual approaches, and continually elevate the creative standards, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of the industry.

  • Strong background in IP and brand development, including multi-channel and cross-media adaptations.

  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting creative assets for licensing, merchandising, and entertainment experiences.

  • Proficiency in maintaining brand integrity and ensuring visual consistency across diverse mediums.

  • Exceptional creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
