Job Summary
Optimum Media, LLC seeks a Senior Data Analyst to develop automated systems to generate reports and conduct analysis related to the Cable and Communications Sales & Retention Call Centers.
Responsibilities
Develop computer programs to gather, classify, and interpret data to identify business issues. Develop recommendations and technical solutions based on insights into operating environments. Identify and develop appropriate metrics to properly manage operations, determine critical processes and procedural changes. #LI-DNI
Qualifications
Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of experience producing accurate quantitative and technical processes to provide data to inform business decisions. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining databases including PostgreSQL, Google Big Query Cloud Platform, and Oracle; 2 years of experience with quantitative reasoning using mathematical operations, problem solving, data reconciliation, and evaluation of the validity of results; 2 years of experience collaborating with business leaders to understand business needs and translating those needs into actionable solutions; 2 years of experience with SQL, Postgres Server, and Google Big Query Cloud Platform; 2 years of experience with Python including Numpy, Pandas, and Scipy; 2 years of experience creating ETL and Data Warehousing processes; 2 years of experience extracting and leveraging data from an API Base Environment, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Zendesk API; and 1 year of experience with Google Cloud Dataform transformation and repository tools. Part-time telecommuting may be permitted.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $111,966.00 to $118,000.00 per year . The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
