Job Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will help maintain and expand the reporting activities of the Device Services team. Reporting duties will span from product implementation needs to post-implementation hypercare, and long-term executive reporting and dashboards. The scope of this role covers all aspects of the Device Services team including insurance, trade in and device financing
Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate data in conjunction with the reporting analyst role, in order to influence and direct product strategy
  • Inform the decisions of the business based on product performance in the market
  • Create visuals and story lines for executive leadership, based on critical measurement areas and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional go to market teams and IT to create wholesome reporting views and dashboards
  • Monitor the product and ensure that measurements are meeting industry and company standards of success
  • Identify critical areas that need adjustment and work with cross-functional reporting teams to solution
  • Audit existing product performance to ensure data quality
  • Mentor/train other team members as needed


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA in business administration, finance, accounting, computer science or other relevant field
  • Minimum of 5+ years as a Data Analyst in a product or reporting role


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with team members and business partners
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to create executive level reports summarizing product success
  • Tableau and SQL (Snowflake) experience or equivalent database experience required
  • Forecasting and revenue experience a plus
  • Experience in building dashboard results and communicating to Leadership
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,805.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
