Senior Contracts Manager

About the Role:

Remitly is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to support our global business with e-commerce, commercial contracts, and SaaS contracts. This is a hybrid position in our Seattle office. As a Senior Contracts Manager for our growing global business, you will work with and report to our Senior Corporate Counsel—Procurement, InfoSec and Privacy and be part of our dynamic legal team based in Seattle. You will also be part of a supportive and close-knit local business group, establishing a world-class legal function for a fast-growing financial services company.

You Will:

• Negotiate and manage complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
• Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures
• Analyze and mitigate contract risks and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Collaborate with teams to ensure contract compliance
• Ensure accurate contract reporting and documentation

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience in contract management, with a focus on complex contracts and negotiations
• Experience managing high-value contracts
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience with contract management software and tools
• Certification in contract management (e.g. CCM, CCCM)
• Certification as a paralegal or legal paraprofessional preferred

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $104,000 - $125,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
