You collect and analyze data from multiple sources to assess complex business operations, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience. You develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce operational bottlenecks, and drive digital transformation. You create and update detailed documentation capturing process changes, system enhancements, and tool optimizations to ensure clarity and consistency across teams. Collaborating with multiple business units, you present optimal solutions, document cross-functional team requirements, and provide regular progress updates. You work both in-person and remotely within a dynamic office environment, fostering cross-functional teamwork and innovation.
WHAT OUR SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  • Work with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement optimized workflows to enhance service reliability, reduce operational costs, and improve response times.
  • Analyze telecommunications business processes (e.g., sales support, order management, engineering, billing) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend solutions for general business processes and planning based on an in-depth understanding of the company structure, policies and procedures.
  • Utilize automation tools (e.g., Robotic Process Automation [RPA], workflow management software) to streamline repetitive or inefficient tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Develop detailed process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and training guides, for internal teams.
  • Compile, analyze, interpret and present complex processes to propose new strategies for current and future business changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Five or more years of business analysis or related experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously; Prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
