Reporting to Associate Director, Network Strategy & Analytics, the Sr. Analyst, Provider Network Strategy will own predictive modeling, strategic planning, and process improvement to ensure our provider network is positioned for long-term success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Network Growth Strategy & Modeling:
    • Develop predictive models to forecast network expansion, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of both existing and prospective customers.
    • Design analytical models to highlight high-priority areas for network optimization
  • Provider Benchmarking:
    • Analyze provider performance across the network to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Design incentive programs to optimize provider costs and enhance engagement with top-performing providers.
    • Track and report key metrics related to provider utilization, patient access, and satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within Provider Operations.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve provider utilization.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Looker) to generate actionable insights from large datasets.
    • Communicate complex data findings clearly, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Enable precision hiring
  • Increase Provider NPS
  • Increase average appointment volume per provider
  • Boost appropriate provider availability 
  • Decrease time to first appointment, both for providers and members

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, FP&A or strategy & operations.
  • Experience in growth modeling / forecasting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of mental healthcare systems and provider operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Hex, Looker) is a plus.

The target base salary range for this position is $97,325 - $114,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
