Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Analyst - Global Incentive Compensation Analytics in Seattle, WA:
 

Job Duties: Participate in the annual company GTM planning cycle, provide analytics to leadership to support decision making. Model and recommend Incentive Compensation plan changes and sales contests, and develop performance metrics, to drive alignment of sales activities and team behavior with company objectives. Partner with Sales Strategy teams to drive business strategy and evaluate the impact of comp plan changes. Support Sales and Finance orgs to resolve Incentive Comp business inquiries. Deliver dashboards for Sales, Finance and Exec leaders on sales performance and commission trends. Track commission costs and calculate ROI associated with Incentive Compensation programs. Develop Incentive Compensation training materials and Sales enablement tools.  Work on process improvement projects across broader Incentive Compensation Team. Telecommuting is an option. 
 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
 

Special Skill Requirements: (1) TimeSeries Analysis; (2) Data Pipeline Building; (3) A/B testing; (4) SQL; (5) Creating data visualization reports that inform decision-making; (6) NLP.  Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. 
 

Salary: $118,414.00 - $140,200.00 per annum.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $118,414 to $140,200.
