We’re looking for a Senior Account Supervisor, Digital to join our award-winning team that grows and evolves brands through digital strategy, campaigns and content that earn our audiences’ attention. This is a critical role supporting our some of Microsoft’s key executive leaders— individuals who are in the driver’s seat of building out the world’s most exciting, leading-edge technology.
As a Senior Account Supervisor (SAS), you are part digital strategist and part client whisperer, but underpinning it all, you are passionate about everything digital. From community management to content planning, email marketing to website builds, channel strategies to paid media execution, you’ve seen it all—and you know how to craft strong proposals and assemble the right team to deliver it all.

Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact/relationship manager for Assembly’s bench of 6+ Microsoft executives
- Proactively push the team to execute against our scope of work and navigate shifts in client needs
- Lead on team briefings and intake
- Partner with the project management team to track account burn and flag/make recommendations to leadership as needed
- Work with the project management team to ensure all staffing needs are met, to design an efficient project management system to track priority deliverables, and develop pricing for incremental business
- Partner with account strategists, creator leads, editorial/copywriters, community managers and analytics team members to drive cohesion/connectivity across all roles
- Ensure client needs are consistently being met
- For programs with light project management resourcing, keep the account on track around deliverables and timelines
- Think outside the box and bring a level of creativity and flexibility to always-on programs to get the client the best value of their investment
- Proactively manage clients and be a strong advocate for the Assembly team in getting what we need to do our best work
- Proactively identify opportunities for incremental business growth to scale programs
- Attend cross-team calls to stay abreast of the work happening at the wider Edelman ecosystem, and to represent Assembly’s work therein
- Oversee, review, and ensure quality client experience for high priority deliverables and social/content outputs, including:
- Executive LinkedIn lives
- Monthly LinkedIn algorithm updates/ reports
- Quarterly “What’s working on Microsoft Executive Social” spotlight
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years of relevant experience living and breathing social and digital projects
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working or leading big executive programs for Fortune 10/Fortune 500 companies. Strong executive and corporate background
- Fluent with the needs of C-suite executives, and fluent with needs of large accounts
- Ability to speak and communicate at a certain altitude necessary for executive clients
- Highly detailed and organized- ability to cross every T and dot every I
- Strong digital acumen and ability to speak to digital strategy at a high level
- Deep interest in technology and tech news
- Ambitious and hungry for opportunity, someone who wants to make their mark and wants to grow and scale programs
