WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We’re on the hunt for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our Business Leadership team, driving impactful marketing programs for a leading CPG brand in the food industry. This role will manage day-to-day operations of key retail partnerships and deliver top-notch client service with professionalism and precision.
The ideal candidate thrives on uncovering consumer shopping behaviors, has a strong understanding of media landscapes within the retail environment, and brings exceptional organizational skills to every project. Motivation to create shopper-first solutions is essential for success in this role.


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Serve as a key point of contact for specific retail shopper executions and external partner collaborations, contributing to workflows that align with account needs.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with retail media networks (e.g., Kroger, Albertsons) and other integrated commerce initiatives to support client goals while providing innovative ideas to address client challenges.
  • Independently manage end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring deliverables meet agency standards, align with client processes, and are delivered on time while fostering collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison for client requests, translating them into actionable workstreams and leading cross-functional efforts to deliver successful outcomes for key retail clients.
  • Review creative and copy against project objectives and strategy, offering clear and concise feedback to maintain quality and alignment.
  • Participate actively in client meetings and manage follow-up actions to drive progress.
  • Utilize agency tools, including creative briefs, creative reviews, asset delivery handovers, and client-facing presentations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with multi-disciplinary agency teams.
  • Create estimates with a solid understanding of fee structures and client-specific parameters and contribute to larger SOWs or retainer needs.
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of the agency’s offerings, mission, and vision.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • 4+ years in the marketing field, with a strong preference for experience in the commerce or CPG industry.
  • 2+ years agency experience
  • Experience training/mentoring more junior team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Experience working with retail media platforms is a plus.
  • Polished, professional demeanor with the ability to project confidence and enthusiasm for the business.
  • Proven success in managing projects and excelling in client-facing roles, demonstrating an ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • History of building effective working relationships across diverse teams, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial aspects such as billing reports, invoicing, and project financial maintenance, including the ability to create accurate estimates.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Highly organized, with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple projects.

SALARY RANGE 
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
