We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to join our team – someone with 1-2 years of experience (preferably in an agency setting) who is eager to take ownership of client SEO strategies, execution, and reporting. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple client accounts with confidence, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and execute SEO strategies for multiple retainer clients, ensuring consistent growth in organic traffic and rankings.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content and on-page optimizations.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and work with internal teams or client developers to implement improvements.
  • Optimize existing and new content to align with SEO best practices, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools, providing clear and actionable client reports.
  • Support link-building efforts by identifying opportunities for authoritative backlinks and off-page SEO growth.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with content strategists, writers, and editors to align SEO efforts with high-quality content.
  • Take ownership of SEO execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting working with multiple clients.
  • A strong understanding of on-page, technical, content, and off-page SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
  • Experience conducting SEO audits and implementing recommendations.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into meaningful insights and strategic actions.
  • Experience with a variety of CMS systems, including Wordpress, Webflow, Shopify, etc. 
  • Strong initiative and accountability – you take ownership of your work and drive projects forward.
  • Expert project and time management skills - you are capable of managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing project, and you’ve got experience with management tools like Teamwork. 
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills – you can explain SEO concepts to clients in a clear, non-technical way.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Experience with content marketing, editorial SEO, or AI-driven content strategies is a plus!
