About PartsBase Government Data (PBGD)
PBGD is revolutionizing the way defense contractors research and respond to Department of Defense solicitations. We offer unmatched insights into product-based research, CAGE analysis, and NSN identification. Our platform empowers companies to gain a competitive edge by providing access to detailed RFQs/RFPs, identifying potential overlaps in sales, and enabling smarter, more efficient bids.
Job Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, self-driven professional with government contracting experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers and influencers within accounts, driving lead generation efforts, and building lasting relationships with prospects and clients. Your success will directly impact our ability to generate new opportunities and grow our business, particularly in the defense contracting space.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation to support account executives and sales managers.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales activities, opportunities, and account information.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.

Engage with inbound leads and proactively target outbound prospects to build rapport and create long-term relationships.

Utilize your government contracting experience to identify potential defense contractors and guide them through the process of responding to Department of Defense solicitations and RFQs/RFPs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or lead generation, with a focus on government contracting.

Experience with Department of Defense solicitations (RFQs/RFPs) and CAGE/NSN processes is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
