In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive our business forward. You will work closely with a cross-functional teams to ensure our Salesforce platform meets the evolving needs of our organization. Using Agile framework methodology, you will champion robust engineering principles, emphasizing high-quality and security development.

Core Responsibilities

  • Motivate, inspire, and mentor a team of software engineers specializing in Salesforce, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.members, helping them to reach their growth potential. Ensure all engineers keep current with technological developments within the industry.
  • Oversees the planning and designing and development of Salesforce solutions of software and web applications, including new programs, enhancements, and modifications. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion the use of the Agile/SAFe framework methodology to enhance team productivity and project Participate in scrum ceremony meetings such as daily standup, dev grooming, sprint, and PI (program increment) planning to ensure teams are following the SAFe methodology practices.
  • Provides guidance and support to Software Engineering team and other departments in identifying product and technical requirements. Serves as primary point of contact and liaison between Software Engineering and Business teams.
  • Directs implementation initiatives for new Salesforce software products and applications. Organizes software update process for existing applications and coordinates the roll-out of software releases.
  • Manages all the deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines, specifications, and budgets. Implements performance metrics and prepares periodic reports. Monitors and tracks project progress and reports findings to leadership team.
  • Conduct work performance reviews and ensure work performance is adhering to company standards.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience working in software development industry
  • Min 2 years experience working in a people leader capacity
  • Min 2-3 years experience with SalesForce.com (Salescloud/Media Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud) CRM Application
  • Preferred experience with SAAS or cloud based equivalents.
  • Preferred knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework, PI Planning process, and CICD (Copado) processes / pipelines

  • Develops proposals, hardware/software changes and other capital expenditure projects.
  • Manages professional and non-exempt employees, conducting work performance reviews and Ensures work performance is adhering to Company standards. Mentors, trains and develops staff.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $102,451.20 USD-$240,120.00 USD
