About the Role

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with experience in managing project resources and technical coordination. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure top-quality control of the project, handle client and vendor interactions, and act as the subject matter expert. 

Previous hands-on Salesforce administration or consulting is essential. Existing Salesforce Certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are highly regarded. This role may require 25%-50%  travel and is suitable only for those with a strong degree of self-management.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the end-to-end project experience for our customers, ensuring seamless execution from kickoff to completion.
  • Define, monitor, and manage key project milestones and goals to drive progress and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary owner of customer engagement outcomes, taking full responsibility for the success or failure of each project.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
  • At least 1 year of experience administering Salesforce.com
  • At least 1 Salesforce Certification
