Position Overview:

We are currently preparing for future growth and seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading clients through the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions tailored to their specific needs. As a key member of our consulting team, you will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

  • Wow your clients through the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate closely with your clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Conduct declarative configuration, customization, and integration tasks to meet client objectives while adhering to best practices.
  • Work alongside cross-functional colleagues to ensure project success, including developers and project managers.
  • Take ownership of project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Must have a depth of experience with Marketing Cloud and Education Cloud (or other Salesforce clouds utilizing Person Accounts)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably within a higher education institution. 
  • Proven experience leading clients through Salesforce implementations and customizations, preferably within the higher education sector.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including declarative configuration, workflow automation, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales, Service, Education or Marketing Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed (approximately 10% travel).
  • Candidates must live and be eligible to work within the USA.

Pay and Benefits: (applicable to full-time employment)

  • The salary range is $90,000 -$125,000 + annual bonus.

The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
