We’re looking for a driven, creative, and experienced New Business Sales Manager — but more importantly, someone eager to be part of something bigger. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Quota Achievement: Carry the team quota, ensuring quarterly achievements (QoQ) and driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Coaching & Support: Provide support and coaching to each Account Executive on their sales deals, addressing challenges and helping them overcome obstacles
  • Collaboration: Work constructively with the Sales Leadership team to develop and implement relevant sales initiatives to strengthen the team and department, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Process Development: Provide relevant feedback and contribute to building additional sales processes and infrastructure flows, including the integration of new software with Salesforce to streamline operations
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training materials
  • Growth & Development: Host recurring team meetings, 1:1’s, call review and pipeline review sessions, and trainings (as needed) to ensure the team has consistent delivery of relevant performance insights, feedback & coaching

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of full cycle SaaS sales experience - must
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales management experience - must 
  • SAAS/tech experience - required
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executive
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Ability to build strong personal relationship
  • Leadership skills (not afraid to hop on a call and show the way)
  • Self-starter, Result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Sales software such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach
  • BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience

This position has a base salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 as well as performance based commission structure. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
