VIRTUAL SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - CONTRACT/REMOTE

VaVa Virtual Assistants is a remote company based out of Atlanta, Georgia. We help businesses thrive by connecting them with one of our virtual professionals for specialized support across various industries. While our team is remote, we enjoy getting to know one another through daily conversation, project collaboration, and all-company virtual gatherings.

We are looking for a skilled Sales Assistant who is capable of managing the account and client relationship. You will be responsible for running your service seamlessly and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and demonstrate a level of expertise that qualifies you to be a trusted advisor to our clients.

In addition to having the opportunity to work with our clients, you will be connected to the rest of our VaVa Team. You will be included in regular calls with clients and other contractors, and have the opportunity to reflect our company’s mission, vision and values.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to clients, and occasionally collaborate with fellow VaVa team members as an opportunity for growth and to increase level of service
  • Effectively manage tasks, projects, and deadlines to always meet client expectations
  • Maintain open communication with the client, external stakeholders, and the VaVa team
  • Provide the utmost care with keeping sensitive and confidential information private and secure at all times

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize information and resources to draft sales emails and create email templates
  • Prepare lead and new client documents, such as proposals and sales contracts 
  • Efficiently schedule and coordinate sales calls for the sales team 
  • Create and utilize templates and lead data for effectively maintaining contact with leads via follow up efforts
  • Develop and maintain a robust lead database
  • Track, maintain and update lead statuses in a detailed CRM database
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s ideal client and industries
  • Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with the client’s business goals
  • Analyze metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and efforts
  • Develop knowledge of industry trends and tools related to sales strategies
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the client regarding sales performance


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
  2. At least 3 years of sales assistant or similar experience
  3. Marketing and lead generation experience is a plus
  4. At least 3 years of experience working in a virtual role

 

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience creating and utilizing sales tactics in various industries 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and using scheduling softwares
  • Proficient in MS Office and G Suite programs 
  • Experience using CRM softwares
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Strong communication, organization, project, and time management skills
