JOB DESCRIPTION

  • This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week at a UL Solutions office.
  • Supports development and provides motivation to outside Sales professionals by coaching and transferring knowledge of sales techniques, service offerings, and industry knowledge to the sales team to drive results.
  • Supports client engagement by managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for medium to smaller customers.
  • Supervises sales transaction pipelines and forecasting.
  • Stays up to date with and understands latest market developments and trends.
  • Supervises the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Collee degree preferred OR equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of Business to Business Sales experience
  • Ability to work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires a variety of factors, including understanding the sales process.
  • Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers.


What we offer:
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $108,750 - $130,500. which includes a base salary of $75,000. - $90,000. and 100% on target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 45% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
