As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales effectiveness and efficiency. This role is responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing and managing sales technologies, analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights, and supporting sales teams to achieve their targets. The Sales Operations Manager collaborates closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and ensure operational excellence.


The ideal candidate is data driven, detail oriented and is always looking at the bigger picture. You are eager to build from scratch and find ways to continuously improve processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the weekly and quarterly operational cadence for our Sales and CS team, supporting top & bottom of funnel metrics, outlook and pipeline inspection, ensuring sales leaders prioritize critical metrics.
  • Maintain KPI and OKR Cadence alongside revenue team leaders.
  • Run the weekly Forecast and Quota Call meeting to drive an accurate forecast. 
  • Merge customer insights and financial modeling to synthesize business narratives for growth and retention to share with senior leadership across sales, operations, finance, and product, throughout the quarter and for QBRs. 
  • Support sales team operations in systems such as Hubspot, Gong, Zoominfo, DealHub.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness in our CRM to support reliable reporting and insights.
  • Administer and optimize the sales technology stack, ensuring all tools are effectively configured, integrated, and aligned with sales team needs.
  • Support the implementation and refinement of sales processes and procedures that enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of sales performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain and enhance key sales performance metrics and dashboards, delivering accurate and timely visibility into sales performance for stakeholders.
  • Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and resolving operational or technical issues within the sales team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4-6 years working in sales operations, strategy, or analytics roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • High EQ -- works well with stakeholders, gains trust, enjoys working with people
  • Senior presence -- can convey complex information to executives clearly and concisely; can resolve tradeoffs. Effective communicator across levels and audiences.
  • First principles problem solver -- dimensionalizes problems, demonstrates history of lateral thinking.
  • Extensive hands-on experience and interest in building from scratch.
  • Proficiency with core sales tools Hubspot, Gong, Outreach.
  • High ownership mentality demonstrated by developing projects of >6-12 months length.
  • Thrives in ambiguity, love the big picture, but are eager to build from scratch and continuously improve processes.
