Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing sales team by optimizing sales processes, analyzing key metrics, and providing data-driven insights to improve performance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with HubSpot, demonstrates exceptional analytical and detail-oriented skills, and is deeply committed to utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimization & Support
- Streamline and enhance sales workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and improve Hubspot processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key sales performance metrics, such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into performance.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategy and execution.
Collaboration & Strategic Support
- Partner with sales leadership to refine go-to-market strategies based on data insights.
- Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives.
- Assist in sales forecasting and quota-setting by analyzing historical data and market trends.
Process & Performance Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Automate manual reporting and administrative tasks to increase productivity.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, market conditions, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare or pharma (highly preferred)
- Expertise working with HubSpot CRM. (required)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
