Job Description
Logic20/20 is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to enhance our fast-growing team. This role is hybrid and will require on-site presence for part of the work week.
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will partner directly with the Chief Operating Officer and engage closely with the entire C-Suite. Sales & Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline operations and support the achievement of sales goals.
- Work directly with the COO to support sales efforts and enhance the sales process.

Sales Team Management:
- Conduct regular 1:1s with the sales team, providing guidance, holding them accountable, and offering support to help them succeed.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture through effective coaching and leadership.

Sales Dashboard Ownership:
- Act as the product owner for sales dashboards, working closely with the IT team to ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for the sales team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve dashboard functionality to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the sales department.

Marketing Content Management:
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) materials, ensuring they are aligned with sales objectives and needs.
- Take ownership of the content strategy, ensuring that marketing materials are easily accessible and well-organized in the sales enablement tools.
- Monitor the quality and placement of content within the sales process, ensuring that it's positioned correctly for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or a similar role.
- Consulting industry experience required
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and building relationships between sales and marketing.
- Strong ability to create structure and ensure accountability within a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to support and motivate a sales team.
- Proficiency with sales dashboards and data management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- A passion for high-quality marketing content and a keen eye for detail.
Additional Information

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $130,000 to 155,000. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
