Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 200 countries. 10,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average.

In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life.

Our customers, who include marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,000 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to help us build out our sales enablement program. In this role you’ll design and implement training, resources, and programs that help our sales teams to perform at their best. You’ll collaborate with sales leadership, product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, refine processes, and deliver tailored enablement initiatives. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and equipping our team to succeed.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and training techniques.

  • Ability to leverage data to assess needs, measure impact, and continuously improve programs.

  • Strong written communication skills. We’re a documentation-first culture.

  • Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to design compelling and well-structured sales collateral (e.g., slide decks, one-pagers).

  • Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions.

  • High empathy. You care about your teammates and our users. You can put yourself in their shoes.

What’s cool about the role

  • You can make your mark - this is our first sales enablement hire.

  • You’ll have a direct and measurable impact on the success of a fast-growing, profitable company.

  • We’re profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead, which is good news for your career growth.

  • We offer competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000.

  • We're a fully remote company. Work from wherever you want in the Americas.

  • We’ve got smart people and a great culture. See our company handbook.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
