What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team at Sift. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating a robust sales pipeline by engaging prospective customers and showcasing how Sift can enhance their business operations. Your efforts will include outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, participating in field marketing events, and other sales activities to expand the Sift brand. Your ultimate goal will be to schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executive team while honing your sales skills and technical knowledge through our career development program.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify Key Personas: Pinpoint key decision-makers within high-value accounts and establish the groundwork for enduring relationships.

  • Conduct High Volume Prospecting: Engage in high-volume outreach, including personalized social and email communications, and making 100-150g 40-50 calls daily.

  • Coordinate Discovery Calls: Arrange discovery calls for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Account Executives.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Sales and Marketing to support successful campaigns.

  • Brand Representation: Represent the Sift brand at industry conferences and events.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of prior sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Tech, or a Startup environment.

  • A BA/BS degree preferred, with a preference for Business or Technical majors.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.

  • A passion for sales and a desire to build a career in software and technology.

  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, etc.
