Summary:

At Findem.ai, we’re revolutionizing talent acquisition with AI-powered 3D candidate profiles, enabling enterprises to hire faster, reduce bias, and surface top-tier passive talent. As an SDR at Findem, you’ll be on the front lines of this transformation—connecting with decision-makers, sparking meaningful conversations, and driving demand through both inbound and outbound strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge on outbound and inbound prospecting
  • Proactively engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-value opportunities.
  • Leverage intent signals and AI-driven insights to prioritize the right prospects.

  • Engage in strategic prospecting
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and prospect dinners to build relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and industry trends.
  • Set up meetings for the sales team with C-level executives, talent leaders, and HR decision-makers.
  • Become a Findem expert: Master Findem’s AI-driven talent acquisition platform and clearly articulate its value.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive solutions, and workforce transformation challenges.
  • Contribute to revenue growth: Consistently hit and exceed pipeline generation goals.
  • Optimize outreach strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Qualifications:

  • Sales mindset: Competitive, results-driven, and hungry to win.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to build relationships and engage decision-makers.
  • Resilience & adaptability: Comfortable navigating challenges and learning from feedback.
  • Curious & proactive: Passion for AI, HR tech, and innovative solutions.
  • Experience:1+ years in sales or B2B prospecting HR tech experience is preferred but not required.
