Job Summary:

As a Sales Data Analyst, you are responsible for acquiring and finalizing the prospect data that will allow the sales team to consistently achieve new logo sales revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis. This can be accomplished by mapping the markets, using data to identify potential clients, maintaining this prospect data in a CRM, and helping to establish successful outbound prospecting cadences.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own client and prospect BU call universe data
  • Regularly audit and update all outbound data targeting initiatives
  • Assist in individual research of targeting contacts and organizational hierarchy
  • Own all existing and needed data tooling and act as PoC for necessary data vendor partners
  • Serve as KOL for all targeting efforts related to BU competitor clients
  • Support pre- and post-tradeshow attendee targeting initiatives
  • Act as custodian for Retail CRM to ensure stage metrics are in place and tracking to KPI by BU

      

Skills & Competencies:

  • Use data to propose new BU outbound concepts and manage necessary data resources
  • Organization skills for outbound email cadence in conjunction with BU
  • Ability to analyze and target data from relevant professional associations.
  • Capability to generate sales dashboarding, targeting, and reporting for Retail CRM
  • Self-starter in harmonizing and ingesting new data into Retail BU CRM
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and matrixed team environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Mastery of SFDC and HubSpot CRM, specifically in data aggregation and dashboarding
  • Mastery of Salesloft or similar tools
  • Expertise in creating outbound email content and cadence
  • Proficiency in data scraping tools such as Seamless.ai and others
