The overall goal of the Sales Coordinator is to provide the sales organization with effective tools, processes, and information to effectively sell Move products and services. The Sales Coordinator serves an integral role in providing administrative support in a variety of sales and marketing operation activities.
What you’ll do:
- Provide troubleshooting support related to system access, Salesforce and sales tools errors, New Voice Media power dialing issues, order entry issues, commission challenges, communicating relevant information, and general sales operations issues.
- Assist in the development and administrative support of sales including processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness, processing service requests, and updating cases.
- Facilitating updates sales reps status including activating and deactivating sales system access, phone setup
- Have a good eye for identifying areas of need, bugs, and process flaws. Be able to properly size these issues and find solutions, or report to stakeholders when needed.
- Monitor of all New Voice Media dial metrics for the team
- Fully document notable events and communicate them on a regular cadence to the team
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the teams
- Attendance tracking and monitoring across teams
- Minimum Performance Standards tracking and prorations

What you’ll bring:
- College degree preferred
- Experience working with SalesForce or similar robust CRM
- Experience working with New Voice Media or similar Dialer Contact Technology preferred
- Ability to be proactive and work well in a pressured and growing environment
- Prior Inbound Call Center experience and knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices preferred
- Ability to think out of the box and be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priority dynamically and maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations
- Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency regarding solving issues
- Must have excellent problem solving skills with attention to details
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be a team player and be able to work effectively with peers to create a positive environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Google G-Suite Tools and functionality
