The Sales Consultant will assist in client discovery, create Statements of Work, deliver product demonstrations, support Account Executives, train teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales processes and product offerings.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Discovery, Scoping, Statement Of Work (SOW) Creation
- Assist the Account Executive in discovery with prospective clients to understand their business model, existing processes, key pain points, ideal state, etc.
- Lead the scoping process for complex clients to ensure we thoroughly understand and document client requirements
- Liaise with product and solutions to ensure a complete understanding of current and potential Bitwave capabilities
- Create SOWs by effectively mapping client needs to Bitwave capabilities and liaising between sales and engineering to determine hours and approach. This includes current client change requests
- Product Demonstrations
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling and tailored demos that highlight Bitwave’s key value propositions based on the specific needs of prospective clients
- Maintain the hygiene of current demo instances designed for various use cases
- Build and be able to present custom demo instances for select Proof of Concept (POCs) and enterprise deals
- You will be expected to become a subject matter expert on Bitwave product offerings
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support
- Join Account Executives at select stages throughout the sales process from initial discovery to contract signing
- Provide functional and technical insight to supplement deal strategy and sales materials (proposal, presentations, executive summaries, etc.)
- Proactively offer consultative and creative solutions that balance customer needs with Bitwave capabilities and resources
- Sales Team Training
- Assist in training new account executives on the Bitwave product
- Partner with Product to deliver ongoing trainings to the sales team as new functionality is released
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Provide input into the product roadmap based on your view of the market, prospects, and clients
- Maintain and update the existing market documentation to assist with competitive differentiation in sales cycles
- Act as an SME where applicable for marketing as they create content
Qualifications:
- Experience working with enterprise financial teams and systems
- Experience demonstrating enterprise software
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and time-management skills
- You should have a deep interest in blockchain technology and crypto
- Institutional experience is a plus
- CPA is a plus, not required
