About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Productivity Manager to join our growing Operations team who are responsible for the success of Docker’s GTM teams to accelerate our revenue growth. Your primary focus will be leading all enablement and communication activities for all key process and system changes led by the Revenue Operations organization to help ensure our Revenue teams are hyper productive. Work will include developing and launching Revenue facing content, building training content, building communication plans and content, owning the RevenueOperations hub in our content management tooling platform. 

An ideal candidate is a start-up builder who has enablement and productivity experience and thrives doing content development, content delivery and has a deep understanding of our GTM motions. This role reports to the Vice President, Revenue Operations

In this role, you will:

  • Lead all enablement activities for key Revenue Operation changes including changing key SFDC processes, launching new tools and implementing new policies and programs

  • Develop Revenue facing appropriate content and deliver content through different approaches and strategies

  • Work closely with existing Docker enablement teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives

  • Lead Revenue Operations new hire training sessions including building and delivering content on key Revenue Operations owned processes and systems

  • Own the Mindtickle Revenue Operations hub and content to ensure content is organized, up to date and appropriate for its audience

  • Work closely with key Revenue Operations leaders to align on key changes and drive the right enablement approaches for process and system transformation initiatives

  • Develop communication plans including writing messaging and helping Revenue leaders deliver content

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement or Operational roles working closely with Sales and Revenue roles with a solid foundational understanding of Enterprise, SaaS, SW selling motions

  • Deep understanding of enablement principles and experience aligning to the needs of different types of sellers

  • Experience building and delivery content

  • Comfortable with tools such as Mindtickle or other enablement tools

  • Sales focused, creative and ability to drive for meaningful results

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create and deliver executive summaries

  • Technically savvy with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Mindtickle 

  • Comfortable and familiar with cross-functional collaboration

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and love of building

What to expect in the first 30 days:

  • You will be welcomed with a first-in-class onboarding experience that includes equipment setup, a sweet swag package, and a collaborative training program

  • You will learn how to navigate through award-winning sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Mindtickle

  • Learn about Docker’s products and GTM motions

  • Have 1:1 discussions with cross functional team members and revenue leadership to assess current state and build relationships

  • Develop a point of view and action plan for making meaningful enablement changes prioritizing key content in order of revenue importance

What to expect in the first 60 days:

  • Begin to create and transform existing content working with leadership teams

  • Revamp the Revenue Ops hub page

  • Develop enablement and communication plans for key Q1 & Q2 Revenue Operations priorities

  • Lead Revenue Ops new hire training sessions 

What to expect in the first 90 days:

  • You will own content and the Revenue Ops Hub

  • You will be creating content and delivering content to help improve our productivity for key priorities and changes

  • Help Revenue Operations leadership to build communication plans and content

  • Host enablement sessions for our Global Revenue org
