About the Role:

The Revenue Operations Administrator will play a key role in improving sales performance by streamlining processes, managing tools, and providing data-driven insights. This position is ideal for someone with a mix of technical, analytical, and operational skills and excels in a fast-paced environment.  

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Salesforce (CRM), ensuring data integrity, system maintenance, and the development of reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance 

  • Maintain seamless and accurate data flow between sales, marketing, and account management teams to support operational efficiency.  

  • Provide day-to-day support for all revenue operations systems (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, Ironclad) by managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and identifying inefficiencies. Document and recommend improvements to enhance system workflows and overall efficiency. 

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to support strategic planning, sales forecasting, and process optimization, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. 

  • Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly sales and operational reports while conducting ad hoc analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and problem areas within the business. 

  • Prepare accurate and timely revenue data and analysis for the CRO’s monthly and quarterly presentations, ensuring leadership has the necessary insights for decision-making. 

  • Analyze and frame business challenges, translating data insights into actionable recommendations to drive operational improvements. 

  • Partner cross-functionally on key components of our annual planning process including modeling and target setting 

  • Coordinate with revenue operations teammates to improve sales systems and processes ensuring improvements for the sales organization 

  • Proactively monitor Salesforce for upcoming feature changes and system compliance, preparing for updates and ensuring system integrity  

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Finance, or another related field 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred  

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Administrator certification required 

  • HubSpot certification is preferred 

  • Familiarity with related Sales systems (Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, etc.)  

  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or a hyper growth environment 

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and process optimization  

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BI Tools preferred (Tableau, Power BI)  

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous requests 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders

Compensation Range: $83.3K - $110K
