Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced Technology Project Managers with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects. 

About the Role

Ideal Candidate will lead and coach within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) who facilitates the agile release train (ART), and helps the team deliver value by managing risks, escalating impediments, and driving continuous improvements. 
Key Responsibilities 

Responsibilities 

- RTEs facilitate key events like PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops, ensuring smooth operations and alignment

- Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance

- RTEs identify and manage risks, escalate impediments, and work with teams to remove roadblocks that hinder progress

- RTEs act as a key liaison between teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and facilitating effective communication. 

- RTEs have a deep understanding of the SAFe framework and how to scale Lean and Agile practices

Show Us What You’ve Got 

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience: 

  • 5+ years of experience facilitating ART events in scaled Agile environment
  • 5+ years of experience in release planning
  • Wire payments experience or knowledge
  • Strong coaching and mentoring agile teams
  • SAFE Certification would be nice to have
  • Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users, including at the executive level 
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Financial Industry experience
